OOOOHHHH YES. SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS ONE. I've known EXACTLY what I would do for a candy dress for a while now (don't ask me why).
So anyway, this dress is made out of Twizzlers (red and black) woven into a large plaid pattern. Twizzlers are pretty stiff so the skirt and cape should stick out like that on their own. Plus, because of the Twizzlers' texture it gives the outfit a shine like a raincoat (although I'm pretty sure in reality the whole thing would disentigrate in water).
Realistically I'm not sure if I would have time to make the leggings if I was competing on the show, which is fine because I think the dress/cape combo would look great by itself, too. However, *if* I had time, the leggings would be made out of silver Kiss wrappers and gold Reese's wrappers.
Styling: Nude lip, big curls, and loooong eyelashes.

The styling is just feminine enough with a bit of edge thanks to the boots. Overall, i did like this look though there are a few minor things that i think would have taken it to another level: I personally would have excluded the leggings or kept them a single color. The woven pattern of the dress mixed with the duality of the leggings just makes it a bit busy. The cape is another addition I might have edited out. I would like to seethe cut of the neck line beneath and I think it would have still been a workable look without it. With it... it's kind of costumey. One final thing, the hem line could be just a touch longer. I only say this looking at the model used because with the stiffness of the woven candy, if the wearer was to go sans leggings it could easily become a peek-a-boo moment if they were to sit or crouch down to pick something up.
